What is Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative approach to achieving your goals. You will come to coaching with an objective in mind. Throughout each confidential session I ask questions which will allow you to fully explore any confusion or conflicts you may be experiencing around what you're trying to achieve.
It's important that a coaching relationship is open and honest so an initial meeting is valuable in establishing a connection.
I run sessions over Skype or Zoom, and also offer walking coaching on riverside walks in Twickenham and Richmond, or in Bushy Park, Teddington. Being outdoors supports mindfulness and well-being, and is a wonderful environment for coaching.
If you think you might be interested, let's get together for a free "chemistry" session where we can talk about your goals and find out more about each other.
If you decide to go ahead, we'll establish a timeline and arrange a group of sessions. Each coaching session will begin with an exploration of your objectives for that session in the wider context of the overall goals you have set. Each session ends with a brief run-through of what you've gained in that session and objectives for the next session. If you're someone who enjoys a bit of homework, that's when we can discuss any preparatory tasks for the next session. My coaching style is informal and tailored to individual clients, and I incorporate an element of mentorship if appropriate.
